Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees:
To make any changes, please use the platform to adjust your appointment at least 6 hours in advance.

Once you complete the cancellation online, the bank will process the refund, which usually takes 2-3 weeks. The exact time depends on the process and regulations of your credit card issuer. If you have any concerns, please contact your issuing bank for assistance.
After completing the payment, FundaTalk will automatically issue an electronic invoice according to Taiwan's tax regulations, which will be sent to your registered email address. If technical or network issues prevent the issuance of an electronic invoice, we will manually issue a paper invoice and mail it to your address.
The processing fee primarily covers the costs associated with online payment transactions.
