How do I book an online service with FundaTalk?

  1. Browse the list of psychiatrists or psychologists on the platform through the filter.
  2. Choose your preferred professional and time slot.
  3. Complete the payment using your credit card to successfully book your appointment.
  4. For detailed booking procedures and payment methods, please refer to the Fundatalk's Payment Policy.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

  • After completing the credit card payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Your appointment is officially confirmed once you receive this email.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

  • If rescheduling more than 6 hours before the appointment, you can change the date or cancel, with a 10% service fee deducted, and a 90% refund.
  • If within 6 hours of the appointment, rescheduling is not possible, but you can cancel and receive a 70% refund.
  • Please note, once the appointment time has passed, rescheduling and refunds are not available.
  • You can reschedule up to three times a month. If you exceed this limit or engage in unusual activity, the rescheduling feature will be temporarily locked for 30 days.

How can I modify my appointment?

FundaTalk supports online self-service for appointment changes (including cancellations and rescheduling). You can log in anytime to make the adjustments. If you need assistance, contact FundaTalk's customer service. Please be mindful of the Reservation and Refund Policy.

Are there any age restrictions for accessing FundaTalk services?

Professional mental health services are available to individuals of all ages. However, if you are under 18, certain service situations may require the involvement of a parent or legal guardian for assessment, or additional documentation may be needed. After your appointment is confirmed, our customer service team will proactively reach out to you as needed to verify your booking details, service arrangements, and any required documents.
