Payment Policy

Welcome to the mental health consultation platform FundaTalk (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") for booking telecommunication medical consultations and telecommunication psychological counseling (hereinafter referred to as "Designated Services"). The mediation and booking services of the Platform are managed by Joyworks Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to assist the Blossom Clinic of Psychosomatic Medicine (hereinafter referred to as "Blossom Clinic"). These services are provided to you in accordance with the Platform's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Reservation and Refund Policy, and other relevant regulations or announcements. Before your first booking for psychological counseling, please read this Payment Policy carefully and agree to it before filling in your payment information to complete the booking process. By completing the aforementioned booking process, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents and terms of this Payment Policy. If you do not agree with all or part of this Payment Policy, please do not fill in your basic information or complete the subsequent booking process.

1. Booking Process

You may use the booking function of the Platform to select a specific Psychologist/Psychiatrist for a specific time slot to provide you with the Designated Services by clicking the booking function. Your booking constitutes an offer to purchase the Designated Services from the Company. After the Company's system confirms that the Designated Services you selected are available and you do not fall under any of the situations specified in Article 2 below, we will provide you with a payment notification. Upon your completion of the payment, you will receive a "Booking Confirmation" notification, which represents that your purchase of the Designated Services from the Company is established.


2. Eligibility

If you are (1) under the age of 18; (2) suffering from neurosis or mental illness; (3) cognitively impaired due to brain dysfunction; or (4) a first-time visitor, the Platform reserves the right to cancel your booking. We will contact you via email or phone to confirm or refer you to more appropriate medical services. According to current regulations, if you have not previously received psychological counseling, it is recommended that you choose face-to-face initial consultations to allow the Psychologist/Psychiatrist to better understand your needs.


3. Booking Function Description
  1. The Platform's booking for Designated Services allows you to pre-select a specific Psychologist/Psychiatrist, specific time slot(s), and Designated Service content. Upon receiving your payment, the Company will notify the selected Psychologist/Psychiatrist to provide the Designated Services in the manner you choose at the scheduled time.
  2. The Platform only provides booking for time slots more than one day in advance. All booking functions for time slots will automatically close 24 hours in advance (e.g., if a specific Psychologist/Psychiatrist's available time slot is at 12:00 PM on May 2nd, that time slot will stop accepting bookings at 12:00 PM on May 1st). If you need to use the Designated Services within 24 hours, please call Blossom Clinic to make a reservation; specialized personnel will assist you.
  3. Unless otherwise stipulated by law, please note that the Company's contractual relationship with you is limited to providing you with the service of mediating and booking the Designated Services. Any contracts or other legal relationships established between you and the Psychologist/Psychiatrist or their affiliated clinic through the use of the Platform's booking of Designated Services exist solely between you and the Psychologist/Psychiatrist or their affiliated clinic. The Company is not responsible for any disputes between you and the Psychologist/Psychiatrist or their affiliated clinic.

4. Details of the Booking Function
  1. The fees for the Designated Services you book are calculated in New Taiwan Dollars, and the final fee will be based on what is displayed when you place the booking. You must pay the fees using one of the payment methods provided by the Platform within the payment deadline after booking to complete the booking process. If you fail to complete the payment process within the specified time limit of the relevant payment method, the system will automatically cancel your booking without further notice.
  2. The aforementioned specified time limits include but are not limited to the payment deadlines displayed on the Platform page when you make a booking and should be completed at the latest one day before you start using the booked Designated Services.
  3. Please complete the payment process promptly after selecting a Psychologist/Psychiatrist. Clicking on a booking time slot does not mean you have completed the booking. If you do not complete the payment process within the specified time limit in the preceding paragraph, the Platform will automatically cancel your booking and release the time slot for others to book. If you wish to book later, please make a new reservation.
  4. Currently, the Platform only provides payment via credit card. The Company will proceed with the collection process according to the following policies:
    1. Credit Card Payment Method: After you confirm the booking of psychological counseling on the Platform, the Company will handle authorization acquisition, billing, and other matters arising from your payment by credit card.
    2. Currently, only one-time payment is available for credit card transactions.
    3. If it is proven by documents issued by the Platform, the issuing institution, credit card organizations, banks, or you that your credit card is counterfeit or has been fraudulently used, the Company will immediately stop the collection of that payment and handle it according to your negotiation with the Psychologist/Psychiatrist or their affiliated clinic or relevant laws.
  5. If you are unable to use the booked psychological counseling, or if funds cannot be returned or collected due to reasons not attributable to the Platform or the Company (including but not limited to your denial of the transaction, credit card fraud, unauthorized use of deposits, delayed billing, etc.), you shall bear all losses arising therefrom.

5. No-shows, Cancellations, or Refunds
  1. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please apply as early as possible. Since our booking, cancellation, and rescheduling processes require manpower and costs, relevant fees will be deducted if you cancel a booking. For specific details, please refer to the "Reservation and Refund Policy." The Platform provides a self-service modification method; if you need assistance, please contact our customer service. 6. Verification of Transaction Information

To clarify the accuracy of transaction information, the Company may inquire about your transaction data. You are obliged to provide detailed statements and necessary documents within two calendar days. Please keep transaction-related receipts (including but not limited to booking information, invoice stubs, etc.) properly for at least five years. If you fail to provide them within the time limit, provide incomplete or false information, the Company reserves the right not to refund the disputed amount.


7. Payment Amendments

You agree that the Company has the right to adjust the terms of this Payment Policy at any time in response to operational needs. Unless it has a significant impact on the rights of bookings you have already completed, the Company will not notify you individually. The latest content of this Payment Policy will be published on the homepage or registration page link of the Platform. Before each booking or payment, you can read it in detail to protect your rights. Your continued use of the Platform's Designated Services after any modifications or changes will be deemed as you have read, understood, and agreed to accept the relevant modifications and changes. If you do not agree with the modifications or changes to this Payment Policy, please stop using the Platform's relevant Designated Services.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that any disputes arising from your use of the Platform's booking or payment shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Except as otherwise provided by mandatory laws, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.
